Your data stays on your device.

AnuPlan is built around one principle: if the app doesn't need your data, it doesn't ask for it. There are no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. The one exception — AnuAI — is optional and fully in your control.

What we don't do

  • No data collection

    AnuPlan doesn't collect, store, or transmit your data. The app has no servers.

  • No analytics or tracking

    No third-party SDKs. No usage analytics. No telemetry.

  • No cloud sync

    Everything lives in SQLite on your device. No servers, no accounts.

  • No ads

    No ad networks. No monetization of your data. Ever.

  • No accounts

    No sign-up, no login, no email required. Just install and use.

  • No selling or sharing

    We have nothing to sell or share. Your data isn't a product.

What we do

  • Local storage only

    All data stored in an on-device SQLite database.

  • Passcode protection

    Optional SHA-256 hashed passcode, stored in device secure storage.

  • Your data, your control

    Export to CSV or JSON, or wipe everything, anytime from Settings.

  • Network use (optional)

    AnuPlan requests internet permission only for AnuAI. With AnuAI off, nothing goes out.

  • Crash & system logs

    We don't run any crash-reporting service. Android system logs stay on your device — they never come to us.

AnuAI (Optional)

AnuAI is the only feature that uses internet. It's opt-in, uses your own API key, and nothing passes through our systems.

Your key, your provider

You choose the AI provider and supply your own API key. Stored in device secure storage — we never see it.

What gets sent

Your prompts plus relevant plan data (amounts, categories). Nothing more, nothing unrelated.

Who sees it

Only the provider you configure. Their terms govern that data — AnuPlan doesn't host, route, or log it.

Stored on your device

Your AnuAI conversations are saved as plain-text files on your device so you can continue them — not encrypted, and never sent to our servers. Delete any or all of them anytime in the app.

How to stop

Disable AnuAI or remove your key anytime. Your chats stay on your device — nothing reaches our servers.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The effective date will change when we do. Continuing to use AnuPlan after that means you accept the updated policy.
